I'm excited to announce that the first draft for the book is now done! We've moved to the first edit stage and we're on track for an autumn release as originally planned.
Above is a mock up for the cover art whilst we commission an artist to create the final cover.
The aim was to create a short, punchy book - perfect for time-poor leaders who need something compelling and to the point. The first draft has come in at 45,000 words which is comfortably within the read in a few sittings territory.
In addition, the H.U.M.A.N Framework has been finalised with Chapter 8, the Framework chapter, coming in at close to 12,000 words.
